Hi, I'm Josh.

I've been in real estate for 20+ years. I'm an agent with eXp Realty in Central Pennsylvania, and over the years I've coached and trained thousands of agents. What started as sharing what was working turned into 1 Deal A Week In Real Estate, a free community of 1,500+ agents, plus the Accelerator and live webinars. I also co-founded LeadDeck.AI to give agents better tools, and in January 2026 I earned the eXp Realty ICON Agent award. Early in my career I was Rookie of the Year, with 26 sides my rookie year, and in the last 12 months I've done 37 units and $7+M volume.

Outside of work I'm a devoted husband, a father of 4, and a believer. I'm also a digital marketer and a best-selling author. My book is Attract: 4 Simple Steps to Engaging Your Ideal Client with Zero Prospecting.
