Calls, texts and registration

If you submit a form on this website and give your phone number, you agree that Josh Schoenly and eXp Realty, LLC may call you or, if texting is used, send you text messages at that number about your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You certify that the number you provide is your own. Giving this consent is not a condition of buying any property, goods or services. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, message, and any other details the form asks for, such as the topic of your inquiry or your company. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

What we do with it

We use your information to reply to you, to send the training, resources or updates you asked for, and to improve the website. Form submissions are stored in Kit, the email marketing service we use, and are tagged by the form you filled out and your interests so we send you relevant emails. From time to time we may email you about new trainings, webinars or other information we think you may find useful. We will never sell your information. Your mobile number and any text message opt in will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Services we use

• Kit stores your form details and sends our emails. See Kit's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure traffic, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, the site that referred you, and clicks on buttons such as phone, booking and form submit. We do not send your name, email, phone number or message to Google Analytics. Learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, or use the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
• Calendly handles call booking. The booking calendar loads only when you click to open it, and anything you enter there is handled under Calendly's privacy policy.
• YouTube videos use YouTube's privacy enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you click play. After that, Google's privacy policy applies.

Security

We use reasonable physical, electronic and managerial steps to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device that helps analyze web traffic. We use analytics cookies to see which pages are being used, so we can improve the website. A cookie does not give us access to your computer or any information about you beyond what you choose to share. If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and the categories of third parties we share it with. You can also ask us to delete it, subject to the exceptions in the law.
